Where shoes come off: capacity, a clear clean line, airflow and seating.

What this room needs.
- Size racks for peak Jumu'ah attendance, not an average day. Count about one pair per worshipper plus 20%.
- Mark a clear "shoes off" line with a change of floor material, not just a sign.
- Open-backed racks and a dedicated exhaust stop the room from smelling.
- A bench to sit on: elders and anyone with a cane need to sit to take shoes off.
- Hard, washable floor on the dirty side; never carpet on the shoe side of the line.
